Please email us (billing@shadologies.com) the bank-in, or proof of online transaction (using “Print Screen” or download transaction record from the transaction page) with the Pro Forma Invoice number/domain name once payment is made.

NOTE: Your account will not be activated until we have this confirmation.

Payment By DuitNow QR

To submit your payment using DuiNow QR, please follow steps below:

  1. Scan the QR code with any Mobile Banking or e-Wallet.
  2. Enter the exact amount shown in the invoice you received.
  3. Enter your invoice number as the Payment Details (if promped).
  4. Once payment is made, screenshot and email us billing@shadologies.com.

We accept QR Pay from any DuitNow participating Bank and eWallet.

Please email us (billing@shadologies.com) the proof of online transaction (using “Print Screen” or download transaction record from the transaction page) with the Pro Forma Invoice number/domain name once payment is made.

Payment By Credit/Debit Card

To submit your payment using Credit Card/Online Bank Transfer, please follow steps below:

  1. Log into our Client Portal.
  2. After login, at the Outstanding section, you should see Unpaid Invoices.
  3. Click on "Pay Invoice" which you wish to pay.
  4. You will be redirected to payment page for you to select payment method.
  5. To pay with Credit/Debit Card, select "Card" and fill up your Credit/Debit Dard details.
  6. After you have submitted your payment successfully, you shall receive your receipt within 24 Hours.

NOTE: If You have provided your Credit/Debit Card information to Shadologies Solutions in the course of your order process, OR with your Credit/Debit Card information/details stored in your Shadologies Solutions’ Customer Portal and having card payment as the payment method of the services/products, you authorize Shadologies Solutions to charge to your Credit/Debit Card for any recurring service fee in auto/direct-debit method. You must email us (billing@shadologies.com) to remove the card information from the account to opt-out from the automatic payment in your Shadologies Solutions’ Customer Portal.
